...last night it was just a little over $22!!! for my husband and I to enjoy two entree` dinner size pasta dishes along with a fresh lettuce salad and delicious hot bread with butter. We both ordered water which was served with lemon! I couldn't believe it when we got our bill!! It was crowded, but service was pretty quick. both dishes had a real good meat sauce. Congrats on "NOT" sticking it to your customers! Still a great place for a couple or families : ) Been going since the 70's? Guess we'll kdeep going!!! Thank you for thinking of your customers!!

You can always count on Avanti's to be consistent and welcoming. Anything we order here comes out fresh and delicious! The servers are always friendly and attentive.

Such great food, and consistent across locations! I was surprised the main street site closed, considering the great location. I went to pick up at east Peoria the other day, and I was amazed by the girl's tone on the phone. She was snotty for no reason, like when I was telling her the sandwich selection. It was kind of funny, because she put attitude in unnecessary statements, like "cash or charge?", but I was surprised and put off by her tone on the phone. All was well when I got there, and the food was great.

We have been going to Avanti's for years. The food is always very good. Wish they would go back to seven days a week.

The lasagna is sooo good. We get it every time! We did try a pizza the other night... not as a good as the lasagna. Something about the pizza dough was throwing me off so i couldn't fully enjoy it. Anyway, the food is always on schedule (we order ahead) and its always warm and yummy.

Can you open a location in Westfield, IN?! I feel the quantity of food I would buy from here would easily keep the store in business. Avantis is the home of my favorite food- ever. I have been coming to this place since I was younger when I lived in Peoria and come back just to make at least 2-3 stops here. We always leave with extras to take home too since I'm never sure the next time I will be back in town. The bread is the best and the main factor for why I love this place so much. Every time I always get their famous gondola and got pizza bread this time too. Due to COVID, the location is currently curbside pick up/ take out only but I actually prefer the pizza bread this way than in the restaurant (it comes more as a sandwich rather than 2 halves of bread with cheese on top) - this visit here, the service was a little slower & we had to wait in our cars due to COVID but I am glad they are able to be open for take out during this time. Avantis food is always fresh, flavorful, and I'm not even sure they've increased their prices since I moved away 20 years ago! Very affordable and I can't wait to come back.

First time coming to this Avanti's but have been to a different one before and it's awesome. The food is always good and consistent between restaurants. My wife loves this place so whenever we visit it is a must go. Very affordable food items ranging from salad, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, and obviously there famous gondola sandwiches. I usually get the turkey gondola but this time tried the Crispy chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo and added American cheese and it was amazing. Highly recommend, may be my new favorite item. The pizza bread is very good, also recommend. This time it tasted a bit more salty but usually does not, just marinara and cheese, yum. Overall great restaurant with great service and delicious, very affordable foods. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. Covid19 update: currently curbside pick up or order and take out. Restaurant part is currently closed. Staff wear masks and there is hand sanitizer available. Obviously you must wear your mask.

Very cool that of avanti's has a vegetarian option which of course could be made vegan by leaving off the cheese.... kudos to them Service was very efficient and professional and the sandwich was freshly made and really very very good!
